Whether you are an existing customer or a prospective customer we are able to offer support in a way to help your business in a number of ways. Typically customers of ours who purchase one of our solutions will wish to have ongoing support for the system that is operational within their business. A standard support contract allows the customer to call our dedicated support team at VerticalSoft during normal office hours and received over the phone assistance with the matter at hand.
Different businesses have different requirements so the level of support provided can vary depending on our customers wishes. Some customers using the VS Services product have employees working 24/7 on real time solutions, so ‘out of hours’ help can be provided. The support email address is regularly checked out of hours, just incase some help is needed when it is not expected by the customer.
On the other hand we have smaller customers who wish to use our support team for more general assistance/enquires. We are always happy to listen and assist.
