Exchequer Stock Discount Structure

As you can see from these sample screens for both Exchequer and the VS Cart Pro demonstration website, the full quantity discount structure is displayed, the website show’s the discounted values but can be configured to just show the percentages as seen within Exchequer.

The Business to Business solution with VS Cart Pro enables your customers to register for their own account on your website; they are given their own log-in where they can view their own prices / discounts, this is like your customers seeing your Exchequer system on-line, as an end user would see in Exchequer within your work place, remembering that you have full control over what your customers are able to view.

  • Orders placed on your website are received dynamically into Exchequer, real time / immediate updates with no need to re-key. Orders are placed onto the Exchequer daybook, awaiting review and process / fulfilment.

Bringing it all together with VS Cart Pro

Your website and Exchequer are seamlessly integrated together by VS Cart Pro unique Synchronisation service which is installed and configured to run from your server or workstation, the only stipulation is that you have a permanent internet connection for the synchronisation to run. This service sits in the task bar and maintains the state between the remote website and Exchequer.

VS Cart Pro Built In Image Processor

The VS Cart Pro synchronisation service now includes an image processor, each time the synchronisation service runs the image processor scans a designated directory locally, or on a network share for images. If images are found then the script processes the images and automatically uploads to the website.

Processing Script Settings

As you can see from the above scripts the system will automatically scan a local folder i.e. C:\Webimages, then processes each image it finds 3 times. First it will resize the image to a maximum height/width of 300 pixels and upload as a JPG file to a large image folder on the website. Secondly it will re-process the image for a 150 pixel max height/width image and upload to a medium folder, then finally re-process one more time and upload as a thumb GIF file then the image will be removed locally.

There is no limit to the number of image processing scripts/sequences.
